Kirsty practices Eastern Medicine which includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition/lifestyle counseling, gua sha, moxibustion, and Qigong meditation. Her initial professional training in Speech Pathology with a specialty in voice, swallowing, and neurological disorders is blended into her current Eastern Medicine practice. In the fall of 2007, she completed her training at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, Oregon. During her early postgraduate work she provided free medical care in southeastern India.
Kirsty believes in the integration of both eastern and western medicine, recognizing strengths from both that can be utilized to facilitate health and wellness from a holistic perspective. Her passion is collaborating with her patients and building a strong foundation that fosters sustainability and independence through increased awareness and education.
Kirsty grew up southwest of Portland, Oregon on a small farm and loves everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When she is not in clinic, you will often find her in the outdoors trail running, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, or gardening. Her connection with the earth is integral in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Alex Rose, AEMP, LAc, MSOM

Alex has helped many people achieve their best possible health with the different tools of Eastern Medicine. Alex uses acupuncture and Eastern medicine to effectively treat patients with health challenges such as: back pain, sciatica, joint pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress-related conditions. She is also skilled at treating eye disorders, urological conditions, prostate problems, sexual dysfunction, and infertility. She provided care for many years for the Veterans Administration and is very proficient in treating advanced orthopedic pain and post-surgical pain.
Alex graduated with honors in 2006 with a master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, California. She also completed post graduate study in Beijing on modern-day applications of acupuncture and herbal medicine doing clinical rounds at four specialty hospitals.
When not in clinic, you will find her enjoying the beauty of the Pacific NW, knitting, paddleboarding, and spending time with her two dogs.
